Who Mary was. My mother. She passed away, and her legacy matters to me: she loved nature, mysticism, the holistic, remedies and community.

It is born of self-regard and of wanting to be well; made out of calm, where origin, time and intention are in conversation with flavour.

Built on a cane distillate and tuned with juniper, green apple, turmeric, thyme and lemon peel, it finds its balance in honey: honey joins, softens and draws out the aromatic run, carrying with it the mark of the Panamanian landscape and the natural richness of its origins.

Fresh, herbal and delicate. A ritual for drinking slowly, for sharing, and for coming back to centre. More than a promise.

Serve over ice, with soda or a neutral tonic. Garnish with a slice of lemon or a fresh sprig of thyme.

An artisanal distilled product. 41% abv, 750 ml. Made in Panama.
