A digital scale on a wooden table, with a graduated laboratory beaker on it and dark pieces inside

The night we photographed Flores Blancas

Ricardo Bremner turned up with the camera. We finished around five, and he took a couple of bottles for his people.

Ricardo Bremner is a friend of mine from skating, and he is a photographer. He came to shoot Flores Blancas.

We started at 15:23. The first minutes are the empty table, the scale, the graduated beaker: setting the place up before the bottle arrives.

Between 15:23 and 15:28 there are six clips one after another. That is what happens when someone is looking through the viewfinder and you do not want to miss how they look.

Then a long gap, and we are back at 16:39. The last three are between 16:54 and 16:57.

An hour and a half for a few photographs of one bottle. That is what a session looks like from the inside: almost all of it is setting up, waiting and doing it again.

He took a couple of bottles for his people, and he sold them.
