Alliodora label on kraft paper: the bee over the laurel bloom, with the trunk rings behind it and the harvest, origin and strength panel

Serie Madera y Miel. With Marcelino Guevara as collaborating beekeeper: apiary and field visits, and an apibotanical study to understand the bloom and the multifloral honey we harvest. That is where we saw the Cordia alliodora in flower — the tree they call laurel in those areas.

April 2025 harvest. Origin: Santa Fe, Veraguas, 800 m.a.s.l. Wood and bloom: laurel, Cordia alliodora. One tree, two raw materials, the same season.

Spirit distilled from guarapo —fermented cane juice— aged in local wood and infused with wildflower honey, the same honey that goes into Canela Caliente. 42% abv, 750 ml. Made in Panama.
