Camino Real

Panamanian cane rum with cinnamon, clove, anise, pepper and ginger, and honey from the apiaries.

750 ml · 35% abv

Camino Real label: a panorama drawn in the manner of an old map, with the isthmus, a compass rose, an ox cart on the road, palm trees, sloths and sea creatures

It is an infusion over rum. The rum — from Panamanian cane — is made first, and the cinnamon, clove, anise, pepper and ginger go on top of it. The honey comes from our own apiaries: sometimes the one at Santa Fe, sometimes another.

The name comes from the Camino de Cruces, the colonial route that crossed the isthmus to the Chagres river.

750 ml, 35% abv. Made in Panama.
