Wine of natural tropical fruit, made with ciruela del gobernador —Governor's Plum— and honey from our own apiary in Santa Fe, Veraguas.

Spontaneous fermentation, no additives. No yeast is pitched: what works is what already comes in with the fruit.

In the glass. Light and fresh, with notes of ripe plum and red fruit. Sparkling, with a clean, slightly dry finish.

750 ml and 335 ml, 8% abv.
