Chicha Power label: a golden ornamental figure on a black ground, with the fermentation and barrel panel

Chicha of new criollo maize, mixed and spontaneous fermentation, aged sixteen months in American oak.

It is the brewery version of the field chicha, not the same drink: wheat, barley and hops go in here too.

An expression of a cultural encounter: from the first peoples of the isthmus, where the name chicha takes shape, through its passage south across the continent to the Andean chicherías.

In the glass. Dry and deep, with live acidity, grain character and a firm structure tuned by the barrel.

Ingredients. New criollo maize, wheat, barley, water and hops.

750 ml and 355 ml, 7% abv.
